Overview

ShiftVoice Work Hours helps users track work shifts, breaks, roles, hourly rates, and reports. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app may process and how it is used.

Information You Enter

You may enter work profiles, roles, responsibilities, shift times, notes, hourly rates, and workplace information. This information is used to calculate your worked hours, weekly totals, and estimated earnings.

Local Storage

In the current prototype, shift data is stored locally in the browser on the device you use. It is not sent to a ShiftVoice server.

In a future iOS version, optional backup or sync features may be added. If that happens, the app will clearly explain what is synced before enabling those features.

Microphone and Voice Commands

ShiftVoice may request microphone access to recognize commands such as Start, Pause, and End. Voice recognition is used only to trigger app actions. ShiftVoice does not store audio recordings.

Purchases and Subscriptions

ShiftVoice Pro Annual subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. ShiftVoice does not receive or store your full payment card details. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID and Apple subscription settings.

Analytics and Advertising

The current prototype does not include third-party advertising or third-party analytics. If analytics are added in a future version, this policy will be updated before release.

Data Sharing

ShiftVoice does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only when required by law, to operate App Store subscriptions through Apple, or if you choose to export or share your own reports.

Children

ShiftVoice is not intended for children under 13. The app is designed for people who track their own work hours.
